Within 48 hours prior to service, if your flight is delayed, diverted, or cancelled for any reason — including airline issues, weather, or mechanical disruptions — the scheduled service is non‑refundable. Delayed - I include a complimentary wait time for arrivals — typically up to 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, allowing time for deplaning, customs, and baggage claim. The maximum wait time beyond scheduled pick-up is an additional 90 minutes, for a total of 3 hours AFTER the initial scheduled arrival. Additional wait time is billed at $25.00 for each 30-minute increment after the complimentary wait time has expired. Wolff will automatically provide this additional wait time, unless otherwise notified by the client prior to the expiration of the complimentary wait time. Wolff will make every effort to accommodate a delayed arrival; however, availability cannot be guaranteed beyond the additional waiting period due to previously scheduled commitments. If I am unable to wait due to other scheduled clients, I will return for pickup as soon as my schedule allows. Please note that this may require additional waiting time. Every airport transfer with Wolff Premier Transportation includes a professional, uniformed chauffeur, a meticulously maintained luxury vehicle, complimentary flight tracking, and curbside or meet-and-greet service. We also include luggage assistance, bottled water, and a clean, climate-controlled ride. There are no hidden fees — your quoted rate covers the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, and standard wait time.

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time, so if your arrival time changes, we adjust your pickup automatically. You don't need to call or update us when a flight is early or late.

Where will Wolff meet me at the airport?

For both curbside and meet-and-greet service, I will text you once your flight has landed with a reminder of exactly where we'll meet. That text includes a photo of me so you'll know who to look for. As an additional identifier, I'll always be wearing a lapel pin with the Wolff shield logo.

Curbside pickup: Follow the signs for pre-arranged transportation, and I'll be waiting at the bottom of the escalator.

Meet-and-greet, domestic flights: I'll wait at the baggage claim assigned to your flight to assist with your bags and escort you to the vehicle.
Meet-and-greet, international flights: After you pass through customs (unless your flight is pre-cleared) and retrieve your luggage, you'll exit the secured area — I'll be waiting just outside it.

There are 16 U.S. Customs pre-clearance locations in 6 foreign countries:
Canada — Calgary, Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop Toronto City, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg
Ireland — Dublin and Shannon
Caribbean — Aruba, Nassau (Bahamas), and Bermuda
United Arab Emirates — Abu Dhabi

If your return flight departs from a U.S. pre-clearance airport, you'll clear U.S. Customs before boarding. When you land in Detroit, you'll arrive as a domestic passenger and exit through the domestic terminal, where I'll meet you at your assigned baggage claim.

Absolutely. I will load and unload all luggage and assist you to and from the vehicle.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Yes. A standard gratuity is included in your quoted rate, so no additional tip is necessary. If you'd like to give something extra for service that exceeded your expectations, it's always welcome and appreciated — but never expected.

Are tolls and airport fees included?

Yes — your quoted rate includes tolls, standard airport access fees, and parking for meet-and-greet pickups. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?

Wolff Premier Transportation is an owner-operated service, so I personally handle every reservation one at a time. To ensure every client receives my full attention, I accept a limited number of bookings each day — once my calendar is full, I'm unable to take additional reservations.

For this reason, I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
