From our base, every major regional airport and FBO is within a one-hour drive under normal conditions. Out of respect for all of our clients — including those with allergies — Wolff Premier does not transport pets in our vehicles. Service animals are, of course, always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Every trip is driven personally by the owner, which means there is no roster of unfamiliar chauffeurs, no inconsistency from one visit to the next, and no question about who is behind the wheel of the vehicle meeting your aircraft. The person who built the company is the person who shows up. That experience spans the full range of private aviation travel — from a single executive arriving for a board meeting to coordinated multi-vehicle movements for visiting government delegations. Select engagements have included serving the Governor General of Canada on two separate visits to Michigan, working in close coordination with the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), Michigan State Police, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Beyond the driving itself, the owner is professionally trained, drug-tested, and has cleared the background-check requirements necessary to operate around protected principals, including the vetting required by federal and international security agencies. Training extends to FBO and ramp protocols, discretion, and the conduct standards expected by a high-profile clientele. With Wolff, the principal arriving for a quiet weekend receives the same preparation, the same professionalism, and the same caliber of service as the head of state arriving under motorcade.

Discretion is the foundation of this business. Wolff Premier will not discuss clients, will not photograph aircraft or passengers, and will not post about services provided. NDAs are available on request.

Private aviation transfers are billed at a flat rate of $300.00 with a two-hour minimum, with additional time billed by the hour at $150.00. Your vehicle is pre-positioned at the FBO 30 minutes prior to arrival and ramp-ready 15 minutes before touchdown — that preparation is part of the service, not an additional charge. Billing begins at the scheduled aircraft arrival time. This protects both parties: you are not charged for our pre-positioning, and we are not absorbing extended ramp waits when an arrival slides.

Yes, Wolff Premier offers both. The two-hour minimum flat rate is itself as-directed service — you have complete use of the vehicle and executive driver during that window, whether that means a direct FBO-to-hotel transfer or a stop or two along the way. For longer visits, as-directed service is typically the most efficient way to handle a multi-day Detroit trip: airport arrival, meetings, dinner, and the return to the FBO all with the same executive driver and vehicle.

We understand that private aviation schedules can change quickly, and we build flexibility into our policy wherever we can. Because Wolff Premier is owner-operated, every confirmed booking represents time held exclusively for you — when a trip is confirmed, other requests for that window are turned away. Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and our cancellation terms reflect that reality fairly for both sides: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are refundable up to 50% of the fare charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, cancellations at pickup, or no-shows are not refundable. All completed trips are final and non-refundable unless a clear service error is verified by our team. Significant flight delays or schedule changes outside the client's control are handled separately and are not treated as cancellations — see Question 5. Custom cancellation terms can be negotiated in advance for flight departments, charter brokers, and recurring accounts.

Individual and one-time bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation by major credit card. For corporate flight departments, charter operators, aircraft management companies, and recurring accounts, we also support direct invoicing, ACH, and pre-authorized billing arrangements under an established account.

Wolff Premier focuses exclusively on principal transportation — moving the passenger from jet to destination and back at the standard the trip requires. Because we are owner-operated, we do not split attention across catering runs, crew shuttles, or other ground-support logistics during an active client movement.

Our home market is southeast Michigan, but we regularly handle long-distance ground transfers personally — up to roughly a 500-mile radius from our base in Northville. That includes Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and points between. Clients choose this option when they prefer the continuity of a single executive driver across state lines rather than a handoff to an unfamiliar operator at the destination. Cross-border service into Ontario — including Windsor, London, and the Greater Toronto Area — is available by advance arrangement, subject to confirmation of insurance and documentation requirements for the specific trip. For destinations beyond our direct-drive range or one-way transfers in distant markets, we are glad to recommend the best path forward based on the specific trip.

Our primary vehicle is maintained on a strict service schedule and inspected before every private aviation engagement specifically to prevent mechanical issues from becoming your problem. In the unlikely event of an in-service vehicle failure, the owner takes immediate steps to secure a replacement vehicle and see the trip through to completion.

Once your trip is confirmed, you receive direct contact information for your executive driver, who is reachable around the clock during your engagement. Flight departments and assistants receive the same details so everyone on your team stays informed.

The first step is a conversation. Once the quote is approved and payment is confirmed, your trip is locked in. For recurring clients, we set up a profile with your preferences, billing information, and any flight-department or assistant contacts on file, so future bookings take only a tail number, ETA, and FBO.
